Every season brings a reason to gather. This year we celebrate twenty years of long lunches, birthday dinners and quiet evenings for two, and we wanted the room to feel as welcoming as the food.

We worked with local makers on new oak tables, linen lampshades and a long banquette by the window. The kitchen is now open to the room, so you can watch the bread come out of the oven and the fish go onto the fire.

We wanted a room where a quick lunch and a long celebration feel equally at home.
