Job description
We are looking for a warm, curious bartender to run our aperitivo bar four evenings a week. You will build drinks around seasonal fruit, our own syrups and a short list of natural wines.
You will work closely with the kitchen and the floor team, and you will have the freedom to put your own drinks on the menu.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and house cocktails
Keep the bar spotless, stocked and organised
Create seasonal syrups and garnishes with the kitchen
Advise guests on wine and low-alcohol pairings
